Terrible customer service, had to wait for the guy to stop hitting on a customer and girl to stop talking about makeup tips in order to finally get my order placed, than once it was placed, they forgot to go prepare the food because, again, they were chatting about some nonsense. It was pretty sweet it was a Starbucks it had what you expect although they didn't go way above the line they didn't sink an inch below it and for that I give them credit Starbucks on foothill five stars

The girl was very friendly and sweet and I was very excited to find out that Starbucks offers oat milk now! I can't do dairy or soy so I never went. Now I will!

The guy who helped me was excellent. He was cheerful and patient with my order. I requested to have the word DECAF written on my cup, and he did exactly what I wanted, I appreciate that. Keep up the good work. latino gentleman. Great service all around, tho!
