I regularly travel all over the PNW and visit Starbucks everywhere I go. This is a stand-out, SUPERB store (there are too few these days). Friendly, fast staff. It’s clean. I’ve been here several times this week and my drinks are consistently perfect. It’s also a great location. I’m grateful for people who still work to offer value & quality with their products & service. Got there on a day when they were bringing in boxed supplies and the stacked boxes crowded the seating near the fireplace. The tables were not cleaned. Would improve if they turned on the gas fireplace to add some heat. There was a cold draft coming from the outside seating area into the building. My latte was hot and prompt and good. Went to study and the baristas didn't want to throw out a drink some guy ordered and then didn't want. I was the only one in the lobby, so they asked me if I wanted it. It was pretty cool of the staff here 🥰 this location has great staff, and they definitely deserve to be tipped! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm a "regular" in the drive-thru at this location & by that I mean, I've been going there pretty much EVERY day for the last 2 years.They have the most amazing staff. Big thanks to my favorite barista, Ariana! I like to think of her as my "coffee angel". She knows it's me at the speaker before even seeing me at the window. In my experience, that level of customer service is rare & I appreciate it so much! I'm greeted with a smile & positive attitude every morning, no matter how slammed they are. Sometimes they even write cute messages on my cup... I'm a customer for life!! I'm sure my husband wishes I wasn't but this is non-negotiable 😁

They had enough staff but apparently they couldn't handle the pressure. Had no napkins available for their customers. We tried to ask but they ignored us. My cold brew was done incorrectly.
