Really good customer service and support. Although… I always get a custom drink at all the other Starbucks I go to, but this one said “we can’t do that here”…. Literally all other I go to can. It was a shame they weren’t willing to help even though I can see all the ingredients. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Everything else was present though. :) Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Love this Starbucks, First time here. I was greeted, the cashier was very personable and this spot is the most cozy small Starbucks I’ve ever seen.. Big fan of this type of Starbucks - they even made my drink (Undertow) correctly which isn’t usually the case. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Starbucks down the road messed up my order really bad and Lindsey just turned my night around in the best way possible just absolutely so sweet and got my order exactly right to a T. I’m not a very complicated person. I just felt like I was very neglected at the other Starbucks because they didn’t care and wanted to hurry up and go home, but the Starbucks is an amazing 10 out of 10. Git my coffee here as I was traveling. The staff was very nice and helpful while interacting with me and getting to know me. Made me feel welcomed as a customer. Made my drink properly and great. I always have a great experience at this location but this morning the drive thru person was extremely rude. I don't appreciate being yelled at because I didn't understand what he was saying. He had my order right on the screen but he just kept asking the same thing over and over. I won't be going back. Food: 5 Service: 1

I work graveyard shift came in ordered my drink was given this slop job was too tired to realize tipped 5 bucks saw this when it went to drop in my car Sabastian is who was on marquee serving us I’m on other side of freeway now and so livid I was given this slop job expensive drink ppl paying I can’t believe I was so nice n tipped then got this service this is absolutely trash risking dropping it In cars glad I caught it not glad I tipped for this service

Great service, they made me feel like family!! I got to let loose and listen to music provided by Alex. Rosie the manager was very welcoming so was Brianna the cashier.
