Just don’t go to this one. It’s the inside of a Kroger shopping center. There’s only one person working behind there and I’m pretty sure they don’t even know how to make coffee. They’re just Kroger employees. I won’t be back. They gave me an entire cup of milk after ordering some cream in coffee. This is after adding a whole cup of my own coffee

This SB makes the BEST iced tea. Not watery. Always flavorful! And comfy chairs!! And Debbie, the manager, is great and always friendly!

Do not recommend going in for Starbucks early in the morning… I just came back from there. For some reason both workers were very rude. I asked to scan my code on the app to get the points for my order and was told they don’t do that over that establishment which is really funny because I went in a couple days ago to another nice lady ASKING if I wanted to scan my code for points in the app!!, then when waiting for my food I was walking around and I hear the older chubby lady yell my food was ready. As I was walking towards there I saw her slam my poor danish on the counter. Bad service.

I haven't had a Caramel Macchiato in over a year and decided to get one. My drink was perfect and customer service was perfect. This is definitely one of my favorite Starbucks Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Was 4 th back in line at 8 am. Waited 20 minutes … still waiting behind a couple to order 😳 if you are going to offer app order ahead, there should be at least 2 associates working. Poor woman was unable to manage it all
