I went through the drive through and I’m not sure if there wasn’t enough Frappuccino mix but my cup was filled with 3/4 whipped cream and only 1/5 frappe. For $7.00 I really feel ripped off and I was a loyal gold member.

My mom and I ordered venti pumpkin spice lattes and they taste amazing but when we order a venti, we expect a venti. They gave us the coffee half full so I might as well have paid for tall. If you order a hot drink from here, check to make sure you don’t get shorted on half your drink. Not impressed.
Compared to other starbucks in the city, I’ve had the best experience at this one. I’ve rarely had a mediocre coffee from this location. Workers are always nice but definitely seem stressed. Be nice to your baristas people! They’re human too, I promise they want your coffee to be good just as much as you do !
I ordered an iced dirty chai with an extra shot of espresso and cream. I will admit this isn't the simplest order, but since I am paying about $8.50 for the drink, I wouldn't expect it to be incorrect two times. Originally, I received the drink hot, which they corrected pretty quickly. The second time I received my order there was no espresso and no extra cream. It is frustrating to receive an incorrect order since you are required to tip prior to receiving the drink.

Starbucks on Avera Drive was clean, busy but not too busy. This place had a swanky vibe and was frequented by mostly professionals in suits. I ordered a Spinach Feta Wrap. It was delicious and I don't even like feta cheese! I would say, it is now, my most favorite breakfast meal. I didnt even notice it was a 290 calories! It was just the right crisp, had equal parts of cheese, spinach, egg whites, and tomatoes! It's a prize winner in my book! I also got my usual Venti sized Chai Latte with Caramel. And I will be honest, it wasnt as good as some I have had in the past, but I suppose you can't have everything (shrugs and smiles).

I went through the drive thru before work and had such a good experience. The barista at the window couldn’t remember if I asked for my drink blended or not and I told her just regular. I asked what people’s opinions were on that drink and if it was popular. I had told her how I haven’t been sure about trying the drink blended yet and she just gave me a sample instead! So grateful for people with kind hearts like hers!

Brewed coffee was great. Such a wonderful taste, smells good, absolute dessert category when it stays hot! Coffee bistro was busy but cordial & polite. She even remembered the little sticker to keep the heat in the cup. Great location. Easy to get in & out of parking lot. Nice coffee place inside also.

We went through the drive through in the early evening. There was only one car ahead of us. After we ordered and pulled around to the window the other car was sitting there talking and joking with the baristas. It was very apparent that they knew each other to the point that even when both members of the vehicle had their drinks they sat there talking while cars behind us kept adding on. When they finally left and we got our drinks there was no apology from the barista about the wait and our drinks weren’t even ready. With the amount of time that they spent visiting I would expect that half of the drinks for the rest of the line could have been done.
