Whoever the two girls that were working today 05NOV23 @ about 12pm, they are completely incompetent please train them. Took them 15 mins to make my wife's gingerbread iced latte, nothing special about it, and when she got it tastes really off, not like any other time she's gotten it. It's actualy pretty bad.

I won't use names BUT, this location has a kid that has been there I want to say 2-3 months now, could be longer but not positive. Traditionally, on Sunday's prior to our Target shopping, my wife and I grab a drink, Strawberry Acai Lemonade.
This past sunday, we decided to get that same drink but the frozen version. This kid, took our order and said, "you know there's another location here". That should have been our warning as it took him 15 minutes to make our two drinks. He dumped pitcher after pitcher after pitcher as he just couldn't get it right. Two families left while standing in line. There was only one order ahead of us. We were there 34 minutes for him to make a total of 4 drinks.
Word of caution, if he is working, you may want to order water only. The worst service and no, this isn't the first time we've had poor service from him but we chalked previous experience to the learning curve. It was frustrating watching him just dump inventory down the drain ... Since no one else was working, management, I hope you're aware.

I'm so disappointed in this location. It used to be great. But the last 3 times I've been there have been horrid. Today, it tastes like dirty dishwater and milk. I want my money back. 3 strikes.
In some ways idk if I should rate or say anything cuz yes I have tried Starbucks some of everything they got but I dont go there alot or rat and rave about I also have my own coffee places I like and go to one of them being my house it's not that Starbucks is bad I just for me would not say Starbucks first for coffee hot or cold
This is the third time I have asked for a venti iced coffee with no ice and they wont fill it up to the top. Its probably filled just a little over 2/3 and when I ask if I can get it filled to the top since I am paying for a venti, they do it but they say they dont normally fill it up to the top. Every other location will fill it all the way without being asked. Other drinks are made just fine.
Tried to get something hot & was told that no sitting was allowed. Did not have the chairs out. God forbid we sit down & enjoy a hot drink while we wait for our families doin their Black Friday shopping @ Target in Santee.
This Starbucks was inside Target. I asked her how do I leave a tip using a credit card. She said since it's in Target they cant accept tips. I think if one Starbucks accepts tips then they all should. I'm sure working your way through college isnt easy and anything helps.
