I think the staff are kind and personable, the coffee is terrific! (and remodel is very attractive.) I do miss the chance to sit down, though...it'd be nice if they brought back a couple tables & chairs, so we could spend a minute or two there!

The employees here are my fav. This is my go to Starbucks. Sometimes the newer employees struggle with my drink but the manager always makes sure they learn it. They are kind and personal.
I bought coffee from this Starbucks inside the Safeway. Somehow my $6 coffee gets charged as $8.10. Be careful here and get a receipt!

I truly like Starbucks but the experience I had this morning was not the best. 1st off the espresso machine is out of order. No signs stating it, the employee did not emphasize. Also, I order a cheese Danish but they don't a toaster to heat it. Which that should have been mentioned before purchasing it. I would say the atmosphere with the employees were not the Starbucks approval. Being a District Manager myself I would not take the review lightly. Management needs to set some expectations with customers service. 🙄
This is the only Starbucks in town with happy employees. I go out of my way to go to this location and wished these ladies would be able to tell some of the other stores how to make connections with their customers! I think the other reviewer doesn't have a clue to what she is talking about. This store is great and so are their beverages. :)
I usually never post a review unless it's positive, but I felt I had to in this case. This starbucks is beyond awful. If I could give no or negative stars I would. The first time I went to this starbucks, I ordered an ice coffee. It had roughly three pieces of ice in it, but over all wasn't too bad. The next two times I ordered a mocha Frappuccino. Both times there was hardly any flavor at all. It was mostly ice and no coffee. Different server each time. The drink tasted like coffee flavored water. The next (and last) time I went in, I ordered two strawberry banana smoothies for my son and I. First, they tell me I HAVE TO get a large because they changed the recipe, then pull out some kind of pre-made mix. The drink was watered down and tasted sour. I threw them away on my way out the door. Four drinks, and four disappointments. There is another starbucks about 2 miles away that has never failed to make my drink correctly. Unless you are dying, and coffee is the only cure, don't go here. Something so incredibly expensive should never be so horrible.
Last time I went, ordered a hot coffee and got a frappacino. Went today, really needing some coffee, and the cup says "white mocha" but it's literally just a cup of steamed milk. Not even white mocha steamed milk. Straight steamed milk. At least it was hot.
I stopped going here. Drinks are good, made right. But the employees aren't friendly and on occasion, outright despondent & apathetic.
I get the impression it's the store (Safeway) that makes the employees here hate they're job. Again, the drinks are fine, it's the employees
