Horrible management and customer service I feel very sad for the teens that work there, they’re not treated well by manager JANET.
I rather wait and go to different Starbucks even if I’m shopping at Marianos.

I've been to this Starbucks maybe 5 times now and usually my drinks are well made and service is good but I've been disappointed a few times. Today, for example, my short mocha had NO whipped cream and I was extremely disappointed because I rarely get it and I was looking forward to it☹. I ordered it with oatmilk so I think the barista assumed I wouldn't want whip but she should have ASKED! I used to be a barista at a different location and I was taught to always ASK the customer if they want whip for a drink recipe that usually gets it if they ask for an alternative milk! A few other times (probably twice) my drink was made incorrectly because the barista was not paying close attention to my order. I DO have modifiers to my drinks oftentimes (make changes to drink recipes for myself), but the baristas taking orders should be paying attention when they take them. Honestly, baristas can find it pretty obnoxious when there are, say, 10 modifiers for a customer's drink, but usually there's only 4 max for mine. On a positive note, the staff has always been courteous to me and had a nice attitude.

Last time i had a starbucks here i got really bad food poisoning! and their workers are a little off then usual starbucks workers no offense :( they just never seem to know what they're doing
i was with a family member and gave my order and they told me my total as if we were done the three times i went their before- its not bad but they usually ask "would that be all?" i just think their can be improvement made...
