It was my first time trying this Starbucks location I ordered my usual drink but tasted nothing like it should in fact I added two extra scoops of matcha despite the fact it came quarter empty 🤷🏻‍♀️

The wonderful young lady who helped me this morning, I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name, but she is so AWESOME!!! I wanted something similar to the Salted caramel crunch frap, but hot. She absolutely nailed it with the drink she made for me this morning. It was her ability to create that resulted in such a masterpiece for me!! LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!! Morning workers are the best kudos to the one young man that has awesome customer service and when I come in he already knows my order. That is always why I go into that Starbucks to get my coffee always so nice! You know you are good at your job when u can remember a customers order! Price per person $1–10

i decided to treat my team to some starbucks, the nearest one was the one inside safeway. i walked in and warned the poor girl i was ordering 6 drinks(it was only 1 person so i felt super bad) i asked for a chai latte with oat milk and sugar cookie cold foam, i’m very lactose. i get the drink and it has no cold foam, no biggie i know she was probably stressed. i thanked her and even tipped on top of the $35 i spent. i get back to work and my stomach starts to hurt so bad, i believe she didn’t even sub the regular milk to oat milk. i’m so disappointed since this is my favorite starbucks, especially since it’s a walking distance to my job. i’d wish for the management to schedule more people during shifts, i know it’s usually never busy in there but most likely that girl would have really appreciated another person there to help her. i know the error wasn’t on purpose, just happened because she was under pressure. Ashley and Alex are the best, this Starbucks is the best no matter who helps you they are always in a good mood and smile. There always willing to help you order or if you try a new drink and don't love it they will fix it. I went to a different Starbucks yesterday and I was not happy and it made me realize how much I love this location. A+

I’ve never experienced as friendly staff as I do at this location! Ashley is a complete sweetheart! She’s so caring and friendly and that’s something I’ve never gotten at another Starbucks before! This is one of the main reasons I only go to this Safeway. As a mom of 2 boys, I need my coffee to grocery shop!

Never go to this location except one Sunday before church...They didn’t have the tea I was looking for they had run out but the girl who made my drink suggested something else. First off she was super sweet and knew exactly what I was looking for(taste wise) took her time making it and talked to me through making my drink, and had a huge smile on her face. I’ll be coming back here just because of her.
