I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting to be helped, I was the only person in line. Jen, my cashier, didn't look up at me or even acknowledge I was there, she kept wiping down the counter in silence while facing my direction. She knew I was standing there and blatantly ignored me. I don't want to order from such a place that makes the customer feel like a nuisance. Price per person $1–10

I asked for an Iced London fog. I was given watered down cream without ice and a couple tea bags *unsteeped* bffr. The employees need to be trained better than this. Iced tea with cream and vanilla is the most simple thing I could have asked for. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

When they are there they make good drinks, but some of the employees here have a habit of taking 2hr lunch breaks. I shop at this Albertsons because it has a Starbucks, but I'm only able to get a drink maybe 1/3 of the time. I've gone back and checked today and they've been "on lunch" for 3 hours now. It's a regular occurrence in my experience.

They don't understand the products they sell and are very rude. I ordered an espresso macchiato, which is on the menu. The women taking my order asked if I wanted it hot or cold, I informed her that it only comes as a hot drink and further explained that it's a double shot with a dollop of steamed milk. I'm not sure what was prepared but it looked more like a latte... when I requested my beverage be re-made after explaining how it should be made, the server yelling at me explained that she just completed her training and this drink isn't available and that there are other Starbucks in town, so basically go away.
