Workers that don’t want to work, honestly I’ve been young not so long ago, I’ve been laughing at work too, but treating the costumers politely is a must. I don’t need the perfect etiquette, but at least, I don’t need to know that you don’t like your job. I feel sad, because I understand them, but they have to understand that costumers are paying 8$ for a coffee, at least we deserve to be treated with a minimum of respect.

I walked up at 9:04 and walked up to the register to order. Then, one by one the employees started making fun of me for coming in when it was closed. I don’t know if they’d had a bad day or what, but I didn’t do anything to merit that. They were really mean to me. I’ve never been treated like that at a restaurant or Starbucks. Either this place has horrible employees, terrible management, or a combination of both. Corporate should get involved because it’s not a normal Starbucks experience.

They need to be more organized… it’s a circus in here. And perhaps because it’s so busy, but the people working here were like dmv workers… very matter of fact.
One employee was putting out the order pick up items on the table and calling our order names, but every time she came across an ethnic name, she would look at it, cringe, and then just call out what the order was (sausage and eggs!). Felt discriminated upon.
And what’s the point of the alphabetized pads if you’re going to just plop all orders wherever there is room?

Horrible customer service. Rude employees, the girl made my drink was using expired milk in my dragon drink. I asked her to remake my drink but she was so rude, make me wait 10 minutes when she was standing in the counter and did nothing :/ I paid $8 for a drink so at least be polite to me, bad drink quality compares to other Starbucks

I travel a lot and give myself ample time. Today, I waited over 20 mins for a sandwich and ultimately had to leave without it as my flight had started boarding. I was not the only one, either. Maybe have more than one person attending hot food during the morning rush.

Slowest staff ever and they have no concern for the huge crowd of people watching them take their time. Waited 20 minutes for them to warm up a sandwhich before giving up and leaving as they hadnt even started it yet and the plane was boarding. Please hire staff that’ll work at-least 30% of an average pace.

I wish I could rate this 0 or negative.
#1 - Totally inefficient staff.
#2 - There were a couple of employees who were eating right at the cash register and didn’t even wash for sanitize their hands. One of them was also preparing drinks for other customers without washing hands. That’s a huge hygiene issue. On top of that their customer service was the worst.
#3 - Food : I ordered a pike place and a classic coffee cake. They gave me a coffee which as not warm. It was cold. And also warmed up my coffee cake without asking for my option.
#4 - I asked for a fresh coffee and I got it back in like 20 mins. They were also out of half n half at the counter and when I asked they said they cannot refill the flask and gave me the entire bottle of half and half and I was told that they are short staffed which didn’t look like the case. I had conversation with a couple other customers who were also disappointed with the service.
This is a Starbucks location in one of the busiest locations within the MSP airport so they need to hire better resources period.

Normally when I come here you guys are awesome at getting my drink correct, I ordered a trenta vanilla sweet cream cold brew, light ice, extra sweet cream, and 6 full pumps of vanilla... You left it filling up to the point it was over spilling into the drain, now I've worked for this company in the past long enough to know if it's over spilling everything that is sitting at the bottom rises to the top when it spills over the top so when you handed me my drink there was absolutely no flavor of vanilla in my cold brew, very disappointed, I choose not to say anything about it hoping you would realize the mistake, I also work here at the terminal outside... Hopefully you will correct this mistake in the future so It doesn't happen again. If there's a way you can remake this beverage for me next time you see me I would be very happy and will leave a better review for you guys instead of this one.

They’re trying their best with the amount of volume they’re handling, but their policy of setting out empty cups or just the stickers for orders they can’t fulfill instead of saying something is insane, especially for mobile pickup. Waited 30 minutes to find out they were out of the thing I ordered after I finally checked the empty cups.
