One of the older, Hispanic Starbucks employee, I believe is one of the manager. She was very rude, somewhat throwing an attitude. She seems to be irritated at her customers which makes the atmosphere here intimidating! She handed the drinks with an attitude as well. Probably my worst experience from Starbucks so far. I believe she is Mexican, but the older lady was rude and had an attitude when we were ordering. She done did me dirty too by filling my drink with ice from top to bottom. Not exaggerating. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Me and my friends come here for our morning coffee before class at NHCC several times a week since its close and the baristas are usually sweet except the fat older lady. She’s rolling her eyes, slamming the cash register, always annoyed. Idk if shes the manager or something for her to think she can treat customers that way but she makes our experience bad and ruins our day. When we see her we know we’re gonna get bad service. Better off making a trip to another starbucks like the one in Brooklyn Center, even if it takes longer. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The (probably) old Mexican woman taking orders was very rude and racist. she didn't even look at me when taking my order. She didn't ask for my name like the customer behind me. she yelled at me just because i couldn't hear well and i asked her to say it again..really??? Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

20 minutes before closing and the old fat lady wanna roll her eyes and say ugh when i walked in? the rude asian cashier wanna say “we’re closed” when i wanted to order + turning away people? like bffr get a new job fr Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a not so great interaction and called to speak with the manager about it. She was very caring and apologetic and followed up several times with updates. The situation was resolved. Now every time I go in we talk like old friends when she’s there. Great customer service

This is my favorite Starbucks! It's smaller but friendly and the baristas are caring and considerate and chatty. The iced matcha latte I always order is always done just right and they never forget that I use coconut milk instead of dairy. Good job, Target Starbucks!! 😃😃

They have limited amount of drinks compared to other Starbucks. Staff is alright. The bigger white guy seems to enjoy taking his time on everything else that doesn't seem to matter and have me wait all the time. The smaller black guy there is awesome. But overall, not a bad place.

Love Starbucks, but this location is poorly managed. Ordered 4 things. Got 2. Reminded them and got 1 more. Reminded them and got my final thing... except it was not what I ordered. Asked again. They ignored me. Told me someone was talking in their ear in the device. Asked again. Got my item... again wrong. Asked again and they handed me my correct bakery item... but still in the bag from the place they get them. I noticed after I left it had expired. Total time inside = 24 minutes. No line.

; Friendly staff! Fast service. It's a smaller coffee shop so when there's a line it does slow down a bit, but all hands on deck... Target crew will help out when available. Great teamwork! Keep it up guys!
