Starbucks has my favorite coffee drink ever, a pumpkin cream, cold brew. But at this location, I swear the barista gave me triple the amount of sweetener, and I could barely taste the cold brew. Not to mention, he dropped 2 cups on the ground in the process of making my one drink. This is not supposed to look like a Thai tea. I knew he was messing up the recipe while I watched. If I wasn’t in a rush, I would’ve demanded that he remade the drink. I threw it in the trash. Ew. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

boyfriend and I came here for a sweet treat as we were craving some frappes. staff was okay, did not respond when I asked a question and they was touching hair and shi. however, order came out much quicker then expected despite the long line. this location has had better days. We were here Sunday 1/1 7:30pm and the worker (black straight hair tall girl) was very rude while taking our order. We waited till she was done making someone’s order for her to take ours which is ok, but when she was done making them she stopped to chit chat with another worker and was showing her phone and laughing for a while before even acknowledging us standing there. While taking our order she kept huffing and rolling her eyes and acting very annoyed at everything. Also our drinks she made were definitely not made right. For years this was my favorite place to pop in and get a coffee because, well I’m always at target and they always got it right. But they completely re-staffed and ever since then they can’t seem to make simple drinks like an Americano right. The last five drinks I ordered were wrong. Five. Drinks. I told the girl working that I wanted an Americano three times. Just to make sure she understood espresso and water only… when I got home it looked like light brown milk. I went back in and asked if they would be willing to remake the drink for me considering the last five were wrong. I was told that they weren’t sure what to do in the case of a drink being made incorrectly. I know staffing is tough right now but…wow. I usually avoid grabbing a coffee here and drive to a separate location when I’m done at target. Unfortunately I’m forced to make that my permanent routine.

Whenever I go to this particular Starbucks whatever I buy is always made the way I ask it to be made, and tastes wonderful! The employees are great at what they do and are always really nice and courteous, and are also very fast. So even though there might be a line all the way out in the road, it usually moves pretty quick, so u don't end up waiting in line for half an hour for their awesome coffee or breakfast food or snack or whatever u get lol it's ALL SO GOOD!!!

I ordered 2 tall pumpkin spice lattes, which tasted good but could have been hotter. I take the lids off and see that the coffee is 2 inches from the top! Not happy I paid $10 for mini lattes.

If the workers would spend less time chit chatting with each other they might get the lines to move faster. The same goes for chit chatting with customers. You can be friendly but when you're still chatting with a customer who has ordered and paid and the customer behind them is waiting for you to stop talking and help them, you're no longer being friendly, you're being rude.

A young, brunette guy was working and asked if he could make a change to a drink to make it better, and he didn’t lie when he said it would be better. Highly recommend a strawberry vanilla bean frap. Amazing service! And the rest of my drinks were the best I’ve ever had!
