This is a horrible horrible customer service example. I ordered door dash, got one venti cold drink and one venti hot drink. They both came half filled. And the bag was very hard to open. I’m very very disappointed in this business in the fact I came here constantly. I figured they would keep meeting my expectations. I work in customer service myself and I would never ever treat someone this way. These people need to do better. If I could give them zero stars I would. I’m not the type to do this at all but I’m very very upset with my experience. When I called them to try talking about my experience I got hung up on. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
