Swear everytime I roll thru you guys are charging more for the same product. Tell the chick who is still wearing a mask: get out of customer service, people hate seeing you still wearing a mask, it's almost 2024, act right... Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Black Friday, and you have ONE person working. To top it off, she is in training. I waited over 30 min just to order. Coffee was cold; the second one had no sugar and third one she forgot and gave me some iced drink. So left paying for two coffee ended up with nothing. Good times!!

I always feel bad for the 1 or 2 girls working there. It looks extremely frustrating having to be cashiers AND be the ones making the drinks.. it's awkward when she already took my order but can't even ring me up yet because she has to tend to customers at the bar who are asking about the drinks they recieved or haven't recieved yet. The overall atmosphere seems a bit tense, not super comfy and relaxing like a typical starbucks. I'm guessing because of the high traffic. It's also not very clean most of the tables are loaded with crumbs & napkins and messes on the floor. I wish they would hire more employees to help out. Don't come and expect to order & recieve your drink & be out in 5 minutes. I spend a good 20 minutes there just doing the normal thing. So if you're in a rush I wouldn't even bother but if you are patient like me then no worries. My drink is always worth the wait 😊

Came in around 8:45pm for some coffee, there were 2 baristas standing and talking to 2 target employees. We were standing at the counter for a few mins while they finished their chat, even though I knew they saw us. When the lady walked over she did not say Hi, or acknowledged us, just waited. I understand, it's late, you're tired, you want to go home but that doesn't mean you have to be rude! I study late so I wanted a blended coffee but she says they stop making blended drinks at 8:30 (30 minutes before closing). I'm not sure if this is their policy but we left without buying anything. I think the workers here don't really care about their job or have customer service skills. I won't be coming here even if they just opened.
I stopped in to this Starbucks on my way out of town, Thursday, September 12th around 10:30 am. There was one person in front of me ordering her drink. There were two people behind the counter. One working with customers was named Spencer. The other one I couldn’t tell you her name, because she kept her back towards us The whole time. Not even an acknowledgement of any kind. It looked to me like she was filling iced coffee pitchers. Spencer took the customer’s order, in front of me, and her form of payment, then made her order and gave it to her. Then he moved onto another project. Look to me like he was making brewed coffee in the big container. After about seven minutes, The guest behind me turned around and left. I asked Spencer if there was only one barista helping guests today He said yes, they had daily projects to get done. After making the brewed coffee he started into another project. Mind you, I’ve been standing in line over 10 minutes and I was the second person in line. I told Spencer the customer behind me in line has already left because it’s taking so long. He replied, there’s nothing I can do about her right now is there. My thought in my head was no but you could do something to assist me. When he did take my order I ordered two bottle waters and you set them on the counter in front of me. I ordered my coffee and he started making it. I was still standing at the cash register because I wanted to ask for a bag for the items I was purchasing. When he finished my coffee he walked to the other end of the counter and set it down. When he came to the cash register he asked me,what else do you need? I said I was hoping to get a bag for my items. With a big sigh, he said we usually charge for these but you can have one. Laid it on the counter and walked away. I have never ever had this kind of customer service or lack of from Starbucks. Maybe I’m spoiled by the other Starbucks I frequent in Hillsboro.

The girl that worked there today 7/25/20 around 8pm is so rude and gives so much attitude for no reason. I’ve had a couple of encounters with the same worker and it’s always the same result. She’s a very rude worker.

This place is kinda hit or miss for me. Sometimes their shots taste really bad... I'm not sure if its the machine or if the shots sit too long or what... 🤔
30 min waiting for the order, seriously? plus at the end, they forgot one of my food items
