Stopped in for afternoon coffee drink. This location doesn’t have inside seats or place to charge your phone. There is seats across the street in the park but it’s a mix of regular ppl and homeless people. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered 2 venti cups drinks. One of them was prepared by one employee and another one by another employee. The lady who prepared the drink for me ( African American) gave me one full cup ( no ice ) and one half of cup. When I asked why, she said it is no ice rule. Why it work for one cup and doesn’t work for another???? I travel all around us and nowhere I never got half of cup for full price. She is rude and yelling on customer. Everyone at this location is always super friendly and has always made my drinks with the correct specifications and consistency. Surprisingly having consistency at Starbucks locations is actually hard and I often find that it differs at each location and sometimes it is even different at the same location.
