This location needs to learn how to do java chip frappuccino I ordered one today it wasn't a java chip frappuccino the color is light and doesn't test as java chip frappuccino on top of that the girl forgot to put the chocolate surp on top it was a distaster I wasn't happy with my order I just throw it away because it was so bad I will NEVER EVER go again. It is too business like and too routine- like greetings. I don't feel that they genuinely care. Prices are too high, and food is not healthy, it leads to addiction, loading everyone with excess caffeine and excess sugar in drinks and salt in bakery products. I was very disappointed yesterday when my sister and I went in for the happy hour and ordered 4 drinks. Two of them were the Salted caramel cream cold brew’s, an iced White chocolate mocha and a caramel ribbon crunch. The only drink that came out even decent was the caramel ribbon crunch. I go to Starbucks very often and the other three drinks tasted awful, the cold brews were very bitter and just tasted like iced coffee with nothing in it and the white chocolate mocha tasted like pure milk. Maybe they were having an off day but I don’t think I would ever go here again. I had to throw away three of the drinks after only a couple sips.
