I'll never go to another Starbucks. I'm sick of them pushing this pride perversion. Listen to Matt Walsh, he does an excellent job in telling like it is. Atmosphere: 1

Daughter had a soccer practice about a mile away. Rather than adding more carbon to the atmosphere I figured I would do the healthy thing and walk. It was about 6pm on a Thursday and when I got there the lobby was locked with a sign that said “Drive Thru Only”. Walked to the drive-through and was told they couldn’t serve me because I wasn’t in a car (with no other customers in sight; fairly certain the person was just speaking to a friend on their phone). The employee suggested I could cross a very busy 5 lane road to go to another one in a Target. Since I didn’t want to walk even further to find a safe crosswalk I just went back to the practice. Considering this place has a lobby I can’t believe Starbucks corporate can’t find a way within their “policies” to find a safe way to serve people that are just trying to get some exercise and actually not take the car for something that is a walkable distance.

This Starbucks location is my wife's favorite and it's becoming mine as well. Besides not being able to dine inside, the drive-thru staff is friendly, they take our orders correctly and make our drinks right. It's made to perfection. My wife stops by every day for her regular: 1). Ice Quad Espresso, in a Vinti Cup, with 5 pumps of Brown Sugar, and Salted Cream Foam. 2). The Double Smoked Bacon sandwiches. Not the same person makes this drink, but it seems like the training is done right. There's a good amount of coffee, and sweetness, and that salted cream foam is awesome! We both enjoy the drinks there, and the friendly staff makes it more enjoyable. NOTE: The Aian gal with a white Lexus SUV (a bit of an accent) loves you guys! 😁 She refuses to order from anywhere else. Honestly, we've tried other places and it tasted watered down or the taste was off. Give this location a try and you'll like it.

Just stopped by to get a couple drinks with my friend and I. The barista working misheard my order, which was no biggie I politely corrected her at the window. Y’all, I don’t know who peepeed in this barista’s cheerios this morning but she had so much attitude and was rude when I corrected her. As a former barista I know the job can be difficult sometimes, but this situation did not constitute her rudeness. I was too worried to ask for straws (she forgot those too) because I thought fs they’d be thrown at us lol. 😭 Hope she has a better day tomorrow for her customer’s and coworkers sake. Didn't realize that it was drive through only. I wouldn't have placed my order through the app because drive through takes too long. Called the store to ask them to cancel my order and they said they couldn't unless I was there. I was there and they wouldn't even let me in to get a refund from my order forcing me to wait in the drive through or lose my money. Horrible service and false advertising with the dine in option still showing. Service: 1

I am always up for Starbucks coffee because everywhere I go it's always the same and very good. This Starbucks has a friendly staff that was very helpful. It's a small and very busy Starbucks and the seating is always packed and finding parking can be tough, but it's still always kept very clean. If you need a Starbucks coffee later in the evening this one is not a bad place to go if you can handle the lines here.

Ordered white chocolate mocha, it tasted like they forgot the white chocolate flavoring. When asked to remake it they gave a funky attitude and still made it wrong. I don't order a complicated drink and I'm usually pretty nice so it was a pretty terrible experience, I ended up going to another Starbucks down street who made it right the first time and had a much better customer service experience. For those complaining that it’s a drive thru only…..it’s because of the unhoused in the area . It’s become unsafe, as vagrants want in. Hardly Starbucks fault Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
