Today I stopped at this location for the first time. They had a barista by the name of Giselle and she was amazing. She had a very welcoming and friendly personality. What happened to the customer service at this location? There seems to be NO TRAINING for the staff. 1st time the guys clearly going under with one order, waited 5 min then left last time same guy still struggling while the other person is having a great conversation with the check clerk from Vons. There was no order ahead of me, left again and went to Koffi. Service: 1

Won’t be coming back due to paper straws. Paper straws are useless in drinks and become useless before the drink is gone. It takes 2-3 straws to finish a drink. Ridiculous Food: 1 Service: 5
