Went there with my partner on 29/10/2023 for breakfast and to purchase a bag of coffee beans for our espresso machine at home. When we ordered our food and drinks, they only allowed us to claim one reward when we had multiple rewards available. Then we paid extra for the coffee beans to be grinder for espresso machines. The grinding of the beans were so poorly done and coarse so we pretty much paid for a bag of coffee beans that can’t be used as you can see some of the bean pieces are almost whole which means you will not get the coffee crema from the grounded beans. We had never experienced these issues from other Starbucks outlets so avoid this outlet if you can. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Ok so I love Starbucks as much as the next guy but this was absolutely daylight robbery with the amount of ice there was. I barely got any drink and they had no dried fruit for it either but this amount of ice was excessive.... Very disappointed

I ordered Salted Caramel Cold Brew with Foam and paid $9.90 for it. Received the coffee without the Salted Caramel, full of ice and guess what? On a Grande cup instead of Venti. I complained but the staff said there is no Venti for cold brew as it was too strong. I pointed out the menu clearly saying there is a Venti but she insisted there is none.. Ive been a long time customer and went to other branches to order the same thing and discovered I was robbed. I didnt complain further but swear that Im never going back at the Starbucks Porirua branch. Go to Lower Hutt and Wellington city branch. They even have nicer staff and better services. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
