Very big and spacious outlet. It has drive thru service and dine in. The location is so convenient. It located inside Lotus Mall, along Jalan Semenyih. Plenty of parking outside the mall and also inside Lotus mall. The baristas are friendly and helpful.

Very, very friendly staff who had the patience to recommend things to us. Drinks were nice. While Starbucks charges on the expensive end, this one keeps up to the reputation. it seems the staff took some liberties while making the drinks because i ordered foodpanda and its difficult to complain. i ordered a salted caramel frappe and it tastes like nothing but ice. half of the drink is chunks of ice and its not even blended well. i ordered the drink before in a different outlet and it wasnt like this. please improve
