Rather than the scent of freshly brewed coffee, the first thing that wafted through the air was a musty, wet odor. The ambiance was far from welcoming.
The ordering process was similarly rocky. It felt more like a coffee quiz than a straightforward transaction when I used the term "stirred" for my typical drink order; I was confronted with a succession of perplexed looks and inquiries.

I love the vegan lasagna! 😋 We had Caramel Macchiato decaf coffee with soy milk. Lunch solved.🥐☕️ The staff are courteous and attentive. The only apparent problem is the wash room for men & women, its common.
Always the best food and beverage. Baristas are always nice and accommodating. But i’m still waiting for a major expansion since the store has been the same ever since i could remember. And it tends to get too crowded on weekends.

Yes, there's no "Reserve" drinks yet. But having to keep the traditional structure is its best feature that is different in Manila.
The staff here is very friendly and easy to talk to. Some find it hard to place orders, specially if they are not familiar with what to order, but they suggested their best sellers making it easier to decide what to buy.
