Every time I come here, which is not often, I say I will never come back. The high cost to small food ratio is so infuriating. The food is good, but after spending $3.90 on a bagel and cream cheese I am officially done with Panera bread. The bagels have even begun to shrink. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I had the Spinich Artichoke soufflé. It was terrific. The service was good. The coffee was good but the when I went to get a refill, the pot ran dry. I did switch to a different coffee but I prefer the one I had. It wasn't very busy so they weren't paying enough attention to the coffee station. One staff saw me at the counter and kept working in the back. Clearly we made eye contact. I observed there was a mobile pick up and doordash shelf. They have a window on the side that you can't see when you walk in. I usually go to the other Panera and that is what I am used to. Waited 12 minutes for something already done Horrible go to the one 5 minutes away Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is very close to my house. I get coffee and breakfast items. In the winter, the soups are extra yummy. Changed. Really have gone downhill. I left without getting my paid for food. Didn't want after they picked up the lid off the floor and then put on my food. It's gross to see what goes on... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I eat breakfast at Panera every day. Due to an appt stopped at this location for first time. Apparently, they only only make a handful of bagle varieties, not the full selection. The availability in the kiosk was inaccurate so I had to go to the counter. The person didn't even ask if I wanted to eat in (I did) but just threw the scone in a bag. And the scone was not good at all, I threw it away after one bite. Going back to the real Panera after my appointment. This is by far the slowest Panera I have ever been to. It took me over 30 minutes to pick up an order in the drive through only for my order to be wrong. I don’t want to ever go here again because this happens every time I go. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Always get screwed at this location. Bad sausage on a sandwich and large chunks of ice in a smoothie ( hardly blended). I will not go back to this location. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

With the new location everything changed- it became a WONDERFUL place to go. But that didn't last long.... back to the horrible service. Order has been wrong 3 times in the last 2 weeks! Wait times are again horrific. Staff has an attitude again. Awful. Most recently I was appauled by the half greek salad they gave me. Check out the picture I posted next to the new one they made me bc they messed up the onions on the first one. Note the first one on the right side. Its not even HALF full! 3/4 update no more bagels at 8:30am? How is this possible??

I ordered the new pepperoni/mozzarella melt! It was cold, burnt and hardly had any content! I also ordered a sweet ice tea! It must have been the bottom of the container! It was awful plus it was not sweetened! Very disappointed! Plus, it was a $15.42 order! I won’t be back! It wasn’t the first time for a messed up order but after 3 times, I’m going elsewhere!
