Absolutely exceptional! I had reached out for an order that I needed urgently, same day. To make things more complicated I was purchasing and organizing this from a broad ( Australia) for a delivery in Durban. Absolutely blown away by the customer service I received, not only was she able to accommodate my late notice order, she was super helpful with ideas, worked with me to get exactly what i had desired infact better than I imagined , responded promptly, and was well priced. And the cupcakes were to die for! ( as per the recipient ;) in Durbs.) Highly recommended 👌 Alot of services shy away from people ordering from abroad , the complications around it but sprinkles cupcakes and treats made evrything so easy !!! :)
