I could tell at first whiff the Haze of the People would be a good beer and it did not disappoint! The Thai Beef salad was amazing as were the nachos! This is one of my favorite places I've been to in New Zealand! Price per person $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Salad

Loved this place! Lively atmosphere, friendly servers, fun decor (especially the wall with all the beers they make), excellent beer, and maybe the best fish and chips I’ve ever eaten! If you are hoping to come on Thursday Quiz Night, make a reservation early.

Visited just after New Year, late one afternoon. Quite busy at the bar when we arrived but the staff quickly served everyone with a smile. Great beer, good atmosphere and friendly staff. We had a snack of the hot platter. Very tasty. Recommended.

Decent but pricy food, you definitely can expect a group of loud British coming in at some point, celebrating some birthday with an ungodly amount of light beer (ipas). Pete is such a great host. The rest of the team are always friendly too. The whole place has good vibe and very welcoming. Good selection is small but delicious, especially enjoy their fish, pork belly burger and chicken pizza. My every Friday hang out place! Keep up the good work!
