Unbelievable! A real hidden gem in the South of Sri Lanka! The food is incredibly tasty with good portion sizes as well. The kottu was very special, the best I’ve had in Sri Lanka. The rest of the menu is also super good, my favourites being the burger and the fish curry. And on the drinks side, Spindrift has the coldest beers that I have tasted on my trip. We also had some refreshing other cocktails. The staff are all really friendly and fun. All in all a great experience and one that I would highly recommend!

The only thing to not give it a 5 star for food was that the burger and chips were cold, obviously sat on the pass while the other dish was being cooked, really tasty though. Beautiful roof top, the passion fruit juice was crazy tasty and I loved the healthy rice bowl. Will be coming back

The food was incredibly delicious, starting with sushi, prawn tempura.The presentation and taste was equally impressive. We also tried the Malai Kotthu, which turned out to be the best Kotthu we've ever had in Sri Lanka, and we've tried quite a few! Even though they didn't have a dessert menu, they surprised us with a delightful serving of mango sticky rice with an Sri Lankan twist. It was a wow moment! Hope that comes on the menu.
We also enjoyed some refreshing drinks, like the Ramba Colada and The Refresher, which were bursting with flavors. Honestly, they could have easily passed as desserts.
Overall, it was an unforgettable dining experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant for its exceptional food and service.

Super place for co-working, good wifi. The food and the service there was amazing, we had a breakfast there and later dinner and some drinks (the have happy hour between 7-8 where you can get two cocktails for one) and the cocktails were a blast. We were there when they also had a outside movienight by the pool area. So in general really nice place with a rooftop bar, a pool area and a co-working space. Perfect place to take your time out and chill. 🌴🌴🌴

This is a real treasure in Madiha, and South Sri Lanka. I couldn't believe my luck when I found this spot with it's breathtaking views of the sea, amazing location, and beautiful food. They offer up a broad range of dishes, international options too, all cooked and presented really nicely. Super friendly and helpful staff too. Highly recommend!

Visited the rooftop restaurant to get some breakfast and wasn’t disappointed! The whole experience was excellent from the moment I arrived, being greeted by friendly staff who were genuinely interested welcoming me and making me feel comfortable. The selection of food was great, the coffee excellent, and the general feel of the rooftop superb with chilled music and plenty of shade to sit in if required! Really enjoyed all aspects and will definitely be going back!

My best and most memorable days in Sri Lanka have been at Spindrift Madiha starting with yoga in the morning, followed by the best Eggs Benedict and a Green Machine in the stylish rooftop restaurant looking at the beautiful view of the ocean, so peaceful and relaxing.
And then…evenings watching the sunset and sampling something delicious from the dinner menu …what more could you want?

A truly great spot with an amazing view from the rooftop, great food and really friendly staff offering top service. I Tried most of the menu and it was all really tasty, the kottu is a must. I spent a lot of time here and got to know the staff, Vin, Lakky and the boys do a great job and always have a smile on their faces. If you are in Madiha or near by then make the effort to try the Slondrift rooftop.
