This has to be the best restaurant in La Paz. If it's not, it's definitely up there on the podium. Our family was seated after a short 3-5 minutes wait. The waiter made his introduction and started off with water. Provided a quick rundown of the specials as well as offering his recommendations. Gave us plenty of time to decide. Foods came out looking great and the taste was excellent. We enjoyed every dishes that were brought out. Between the fresh squeezed orange juice and mixed alcoholic drinks, it was a very enjoyable night. Definitely an elevated dining experience that we did not think existed in La Paz. Summary: The combinations of a great setting, with excellent services and foods, at a very manageable price make this a must place to visit! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $200–300

The establishment is an enclosed garden/courtyard that looks into their kitchen. They start with a basket of 3 assortment of the freshest, softest bread with a herbed butter. It was impossible to not ruin your appetite on these delish bread samples. We ordered the carpaccio (sea bass) to start which was served with some warmed tortilla chips. The fish was fresh and tasted great with the vinaigrette sauce. For our mains, we ordered the short ribs in drunken sauce - it was a generous portion of tender, fall off the bone meat. The sauce complimented well with the side of roasted vegetables and seasoned potatoes. We also ordered the portobello lobster. The creamy sauce was delicious but the lobster chunks on top of the mushroom was slightly over cooked. They offer the dessert selection on a display platter. You are able to feast with your eyes before ordering and it was a genius way to sell it as we wanted to try one of everything thing but settled on the brownie mousse that came with a coffee ice cream and some berries. It was very rich and not overly sweet and had a molten caramel in the center. Overall, the service and food were phenomenal. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $400–500

Excellent dishes and wonderful service. Great craft cocktails and superb service Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The food was great. We had filesteak and lamb chops. It was cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and fast. The atmosphere is relaxed and local, not overrun by gringos when we were there. A very pleasant experience. A dinner with an appetizer, a glass of wine and shared desserts, can easily set you back 100 USD per person or more. So unfortunately the pricing is for La Paz on the high side. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Tiramisu
Absolutely beautiful restaurant, from the moment you walk in you are immersed in a Spanish courtyard with a fountain and beautiful plants. The chef is Italian so plenty of italian dishes on the menu along with an outstanding selection of duck, short ribs, chicken and steaks. The Cesar salad was delicious and the descriptions of the other salads intriguing. I highly recommend this experience, it is a higher price point for the area, but worth the splurge. Very nice patio, with live music, but no ACs or fans. Just a couple of tables available inside but very limited (reservation required). So, harder to enjoy good food with high temperature. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–100 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Once a really good restaurant, now just very average food with good service. The filet, shrimps and mashed potatoes all tasted like an average Applebees dinner. There is so much better in La Paz than this place, at a fraction of the price (and if you want true fine dining, go to Quemadero…it’ll cost you more but totally worth it). My partner ordered burger with sweet potato fries, which came out cold and soggy (cooked hours before). That’s worse than the average sports bar food. Service is good but that’s hardly a reason to visit again. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I haven't eaten and every restaurant in La Paz. Only 10 or so. However I can safely say this is the finest food I've eaten while I've been here. I had the linguine and my wife had steak and lobster, everything prepared to perfection! Very inexpensive also considering what we ordered.
The jamon iberico and lobster stuffed portobello were outstanding. Carpaccio of seabass excellent. Great wine selection as well. Best meal I've had in La Paz! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
