Many guests of this fast food say that tasty chicken, corn dogs and mozzarella sticks are served here. Taste good ice cream. Visitors don't like tea at Sonic Drive-In. The great location of this place makes it easy to reach by any transport. Unfortunately, employees are well-trained as most guests note. At this spot, people can enjoy the cozy atmosphere. But this fast food hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

Man in the window was SO weird. I’m all for customer service but I just left so uncomfortable, he’s was talking so flirty slow?? I don’t even know how to describe it, then I swear he caressed my hand and he’s giving me the change, he commented on my 9 year old daughter putting on her socks for soccer practice trying to get her attention and talk to her, then as we are getting ready to leave he says “have a good afternoon” and I said “yeah you too” but then he YELLED at my daughter who was very caught off guard and said “I SAID to have a good night??!!” Like he was mad she didn’t respond. 10/10 don’t recommend this man being a window chashier Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Used drive-through. Ordered large cheese stick and two hot fudge sundaes. The sundaes were like eating cherry topped whipped cream. All the fudge was on the bottom, frozen. With someone who has very little hand strength, it was problematic. Thed first 5-6 bites were all whipped cream. Very little ice cream. Sonic has sure dropped on the quality, sad for a business that has been known for many years as great food and ice cream. The cheese sticks, so undercooked, one was still cold inside. Not brown or crispy at all. We just saved them for the next day and air fried them. For what we spent, I think from now on, I will just skip Sonic. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This was the worst experience with a Sonic I’ve ever had. We had a mobile order and checked in when we arrived. After about 20 minutes the screen said our food was being delivered. We are waited for over 10 minutes and our food had still not been delivered, so we pressed the button to check on it. We sat with the red button activated for over 5 minutes and no one spoke to us so we pressed the button again and after another 3 minutes someone finally spoke to us. We told her our issue and stall number, we tried to explain and she got very rude saying she was checking on it. She said our order would be out in a few minutes because they had it sitting on the counter the whole time. By the time we got our food it was already cold and our sauce was missing. We have had previous bad experiences at this Sonic with taking forever even though there is less than 5 cars in the stalls, just like this time. I recommend driving the distance to another Sonic if that’s what you’re craving or just going to a nearby place instead. I understand problems causing delays sometimes in receiving order so I have never left a review before but this was more than just a slow delivery. I went through sonic twice in the last two weeks And I had to get a refund because the chicken was terrible tasting and small and the second time I got 4 corn dogs and they tasted and smelt like burnt grace. The people there were nice in the manager. I appreciated that he gave me the refund back. But I wouldn't recommend the sonic by the town center. Food: 2 Service: 5

Waited 40 minutes for a bacon toaster and this is what I got. Cold bread with a piece of cheese that wasn't even melted and a tiny piece of bacon. What a waste of my time and money! Y'all really gotta do something with this store because this is completely unacceptable. This isnt the first time I've had issues here, but this is the last because I'm not coming back. Came through last week and got a super sonic breakfast burrito and my first bite was a pile of Jalapeños, I unwrapped the burrito and counted about 10-12 jalapeños in a pile and everything was just piled in. Figured y’all had a bad day. Today I waited 15 minutes in like to get my food , soggy, watery, unappetizing. It's kind of sad that I only had 2 hamburgers and both of them was completly, end of tomato on my sandwich and the lettice looked like the bud of the lettice that was gross looking. And I ordered a medium cheese tot with extra cheese that was $6 and I only got a little bit of tots and less cheese that is just sad. I used to work at sonic and this is embarrassing. I waited 16.46 minutes according to the timer on my phone simply for a Route 44 drink. Sadly I sit waiting for a few minutes before starting the timer. I purchased this drink in the drive thru window with only one vehicle in front of me. The single drink was incorrect and had to also be remade. Sad to say and see service is that bad.
