Nora’s customer service sucks. She seems to not have any patients with her employees. I will literally never go to this sonic again. Her employees were nice though. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I drove in and parked at one of the microphones. The sound was not very good so a waitress came out and took our order. She was very friendly and helpful. In a few minutes she returned delivering our order. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Oh my order was out so fast! Now I know why, my burger was cold and the tater tots were very cold🫤 the only thing hot was the mozzarella sticks.. I haven’t been to sonic in a long time for the same reason.. I thought I would give y’all another try.. Just left. No one answering call button. Everyone was just standing there not doing anything. Wild. It's 8 30pm 10/22 we've been sitting for 20 minutes. Even tried changing stalls incase button didn't work. Employees sitting in vehicles and tables outside.

My sis in law and I went to this Sonic (and keep in mind they was only one other car there at the time) and I pushed the button and waited fifteen minutes and nobody answered. My Sis gets out and pushes the button on the next stall and they answer her and she asked for ice cream and they claimed the machine was broken. Pissed us off. They didn't get my order right no patience to go back to get it right. Bread still, lettuce old smdh order two side tater tots but only got one and the drinks was the wrong side! The only good thing was that the food was hot but not worth eating. The drinks was cold and was drinking. Looks like no one working. tried 3 different ways to order.. finally had to ask someone if they were even open ... had to drive around again to order. then they tell me I can't use my gift card. because they can't spilt the order. I ask how is that possible cause you would never have an order for that Exact amount. ask to speak to the manager. and she never came to speak to me she was throwingher hands up and giving mean faces to everyone like she hated her job.. Everyone there look like they where 16. The main kid that I was talking was very polite. but that's really all I can say that was nice. Everytime I come to this location the ice cream machine is down, I do not understand how this is a constant problem! The employees are rude! Came yesterday asked for a large loaded tot the girl rudely said what, there isn’t a button for loaded anymore… WHAT! Then I asked for the Big red float couldn’t get that because the ice cream machine was down. Got to the window paid didn’t receive a receipt, ordered a large loaded tot received a regular and the shake overflowing like it was no big deal that it was leaking all in my car! When asked for napkins she had attitude. Absolutely unexceptable but I couldn’t participate in the survey because I wasn’t given a receipt and also couldn’t confirm if I was charged for a large tot that I did not receive which I’m assuming I was due to the high total.
