I waited in line for over 15 minutes in the drive thru and all I had ordered was the new chocolate strawberry shake that they had pictured on the menu. I was told they only had sizes mini or large which was weird but I went ahead and ordered the large. I literally am posting pics of what I ordered vs what I got. It’s despicable to say the least. I questioned the man at the window why it didn’t have chocolate whipped cream like the photo showed and he said “oh yeah, no” …. Like what the hell kid of answer is that?! So I drove off and went to the sonic by Denver avenue and they very friend and quickly replaced my shake with the correct version of what it should have looked like and also explained all sizes are optional, not just mini and large. What a waste of time this sonic is. It’s been bad for years… wondering why it’s still open at this point. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the worst Sonic locations ever. Only one person working. I ordered on the app and the person checked me in already when I had arrived. Most of the drive-in stalls did not work. The Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger was stale, cold, and did not look or taste like it was supposed to be. No grilled onions, only mayo and onions mixed together no garlic. The "large" pickle fries seemed like a small order. The cherry limeade did not have a lime or cherry in it. I will NEVER go to this location again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I rarely go here because they don’t have grilled chicken anymore but I wanted to try the breakfast burrito. It was awful the tortilla was too hard to even bite through. Parked in a spot, order screen appeared to work but didn't after 15 minutes of waiting, no car hop on roller skates to let me know that things weren't working. Decided to go through the drive up order window, waited for 20 minutes with 1 vehicle in front of me and about 20 vehicles behind me waiting to place a food order. Finally got my food, it was good but service totally sucked. Fast food?? I won't visit this Sonic location ever again. I used to like Sonic. Now I am so put off by the thought of having to go there just to sit in line for waaay too long and to still be disappointed With the food and service by the time I finally do get it. Now when deciding where to grab a quick bite Sonic is talked about as if it's already dead and gone because it only lives in my memories as a place I used to eat. I won't ever eat at Sonic. Arrived at 11am and after waiting some time and realizing we were the only ones there thought, “Hmm maybe our bay’s order button isn’t working let’s move to another one.” Move to the other one after waiting for 25 minutes, hit the new order button still no customer service. Now we see 2 cars going through the drive-thru so decide to get in line there. The female employee who got on the speaker to take our order was rude and exuding a very negative attitude. I am all for understanding that bad days happen so I remained kind in my tone while ordering trying to have empathy for the employee, but her attitude, rude demeanor and realizing we were being ignored when hitting the order buttons was too heavy to push through. We ended up driving away and leaving at 11:40. This was truly one of the worst fast food experiences we’ve ever had. After 40 minutes of giving grace and being patient I couldn’t be a patron at a place that won’t even take your order at the parking spots and then treats you badly for ordering at the drive-thru. There was only 2 cars in front of us in the drive-thru and no other cars at all while we sat and waited after the first time we hit the order button. I hope you are all able to find adequate staffing to make everyone happy, but today was not that. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No idea what is wrong with this place. Sat at the drive through speaker for 4 minutes without any sort of acknowledgement. Had only 2 cars at the window when I gave up and drove off. Not sure who manages or owns this one but they should be ashamed. Will contact Corp. Do NOT go here. This has happened MULTIPLE times. I keep going back because it is close, I love the drinks, and I keep hoping something will change. I guess I'm the dumb one that should be ashamed. Do NOT go here. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I waited over an hour, got home to my kids and food was missing. You'd think if I waited that long that my order would of been right. My kids waited forever and was missing food I paid for. I even repeated the order 3 times to the staff..... One of the worst experiences I had in recent memory. You can see in the photos it went from day to night lol!
