We had all the food (Putrajaya branch) in the photos below. The steaks are season well and quite tender as per our liking, sauce also quite nice not so strong in flavour wise. The veggies are plain in taste(boiled with inadequate seasoning) also the potatoes are boiled in some broth and turn out also plain. We couldn’t eat that. Cheesy wedges are average. Nothing could go wrong with the cheese sauce. Fried chicken itself is flavourful and not store bought frozen food. I think they made in themselves. Cheese sauce is the same like in the wedges. Dined at Putrajaya branch. The food was good. However service was poor and slow. We asked for dessert to be served later, but it came during our meal. We had to stop eating the meal to eat dessert first because it might get soggy. Also, atmosphere turned dull when the staff all decide to get together to talk about maybe another staff who did not come for work. This was right behind my husband. Very unprofessional to be bickering in front of customers. You want to do it, do it in the kitchen where no one can see you. Or later when no customers. The ambiance is nice, with a view facing the lake. Air-conditioned. Parking accepts debit, and at night, you can park outside. Honestly, all the food is average in taste; I ordered the chicken grill. I feel there are many places outside that are cheaper and tastier. Once the menu is served, I could tell because the chicken looked tough. Overall food is just nice with a good ambience of restaurant. Chocolate waffle with ice-cream not too sweet, margarita pizza need to eat once it served and beef cheezy nachos. Came here with the family and got myself a Crispy Chicken Burger (RM23.9). The burger came with fries, a couple of onion rings and salad and honestly I couldn't even eat the fries bc I was so full. The chicken was juicy and the skin was crispy and nicely flavoured. Nine people dining there costed us about RM300. Not crowded even on a weekend and parking was ample in the basement. My husband craved steak so we decided to try it here. I got the sirloin steak (about RM50) and husband Youyu Steak(i think it's Japanese beef steak?) (about RM100). I will say for the quality suits the price, you can't expect very juicy tender steak like those RM200+, RM300+ cuts. The taste is ok.. They cooked it according to my preference, got medium rare so it was still soft and juicy. Think improvement can be made on the side dishes, the veggies good they are soft and well cooked, but I wish they have more varieties like mashed potato for eg, or Mediterranean rice etc. Overall i will say average taste. the meal this time with crispy chicken and meat burgers and carbonara pasta are not very delicious because already cold it's not like it was just cooked hot. Cleanliness must be prioritized because there are flying insects and also flies around my food. Floor looks wet and slippery. Food was quality. Ordered a ribeye steak medium-rare, it was tender and juicy. Baked potatoes also well cooked. Service was fast, iced latte could be improved, its too sweet, probably because of too much whip cream. Chocolate waffle and cheezy wedges is a must try at this restaurant. Overall had a pleasant experience here and really enjoyed the food. Family/kids friendly. I love how they serve big portions of food, warm greetings from the staff and very friendly too! Also, SK has the best waffle and definitely met on par with other high end dessert cafe!! I visit this outlet yesterday around 6pm . The food just nice and some meal lack of flavours . The service very poor cause their staff not friendly and maybe dont know how to smile I guess .
