Woohoo!! What a treasure! Not only super friendly but the food, wow, great stuff and big servings. They do have an ATM because it clearly says cash or check. Not sure how you miss it, but hey some folks might. So make sure you have cash!! You won't be disappointed in the burgers, country fried steak, western hash browns, or the French fries!! Mmm mmm good! We also brought home a peach cobbler since we were so full. Looking forward to the next road trip that direction! What a great little hidden gem! The food was absolutely wonderful, as was the service. The catfish is the best I have found in the area. I had that and coleslaw ( if you like coleslaw theirs is a must have!) with fried potatoes and had to take a piece of key lime pie to go because I was so stuffed. the wife had chicken fried steak and from what little she allowed me to steal off her plate it was excellent. The girls waiting and serving were all very nice and attentive. If you are in the area this is one to definitely not miss. Great place for breakfast. The tenderloin is offered for breakfast covered with gravy. It is tender and full of flavor.Of course, it comes with eggs, hash browns, and toast. Have some key lime pie for dessert. Delicious. We had a group of nine. The service was friendly and attentive.

The food is delicious, and the servings are huge. We intended to get desert but were so full after the meal we could not eat any more. We did buy what they called "1" cinnamon roll for $5.99, ( in the photo), that we ate the next day, delicious. Stopped for lunch on a day trip. Wow, what a treat. Pictured is the pork tenderloin sandwich. The potatoes are extra. The sandwich is huge. Got pie for desert (it would have been worth the trip if only to get pie) and that was amazing. The service is efficient (the food is cooked to order) and the staff is friendly and attentive. Great service and large portions. We ordered a whole order of fried mushrooms to share. Their batter is a little overwhelming and salty. Then we got pie for desert. The lemon meringue was good but the peanut butter pie was heavy. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

The tenderloin sandwich is excellent. Their onion rings are scrumptious! Their Chocolate pie is to die for!!! In fact it was so good we bought a whole pie to bring home. And then a month later we were coming by there again and we stopped and bought another whole pie to bring home. Love coming here. Comfort food like my Grandmother made! Had the pot roast with green beans (like no other) and sweet corn (like my Granddad grew). Blackberry cobbler to take home. Husband had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes (white gravy) and green beans. The rolls are unbelievable too.
