Finally found good BBQ in Knox. The food and sauce are excellent quality and quantity with exceptional flavor. Really hit the spot. Had the ribs, brisket, slaw, beans and fries. Only knock on it is that the ribs are offered on Fri and some on Sat and the brisket is only offered on Sat. Hopefully demand will force an everyday offering of both in the future. Right now this is my go to spot. Best in Knox hands down. Great people who operate this spot. Clean location. Great BBQ!!! I came in a little late in the day, I wish I had more time. We talked to the owner and he was so nice. He talked about his business. We could tell he enjoyed doing this.
