I had a great experience at Skirt Beirut. The service was excellent, and we ordered a variety of dishes, including crispy rice with salmon sashimi, a wagyu sandwich, and the bar burger. While everything was delicious, I found the meat in the burger to be a bit too fatty for my taste. The homemade fries, on the other hand, were quite good.
One pleasant surprise was the artisanal chocolate that everyone receives at the end of the meal - it was truly delicious, and we appreciated the gesture. The restaurant is located on a calm street, but it's relatively small, so I would recommend making a reservation before coming. Overall, a great place to enjoy a meal with good service and a few minor tweaks to perfection.

Bar Burger
Small restaurant in Downtown Beirut specializing in meat. Customers can sit on either one of the 2 shared central tables, or at the bar extending along the facade. Food was really good and tasty and personnel very friendly. The dark chocolate that was offerred at the end of the meal was delicious. Only drawback is the price tag which corresponds more to a fine dining steak house rather than the casual dining setting that the place has (around 150$ per couple sharing a burger and a steak without alcohol). Would probably opt for a fancier option rather than come back.
