Our order was missing a dozen cupcakes. Ok, best practice was to interface the receipt with what was exactly received on site. My boyfriend realized when he got home. No apologies, no comps, they thought it was magnanimous of them to wait for him to come back to get the rest. I really didn't like how they treated him, so we won't be coming back. I also didn't like how they handled our order before our event. It was going to rain and I asked if they could postpone my order. They could've kept my money and baked another time, but that wasn't an option per the owner, they were going to serve them up regardless. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered through doordash so I cannot comment on service or atmosphere. The cupcakes were just alright. The cream cheese recipe needed major adjustment, it was pretty sour and bitter. Food: 3

We recently ordered from Simply Sweet Cakes for the first time and let me te you, they did not disappoint! The cake was so good! *chefs kiss* The decorations were amazing! Everyone simply loved the cake. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I went in wanting to love the cake, I ordered a mango cake for my sons birthday and it looked really good but the cake was dry and the frosting tasted old, literally no one in my family liked the cake at all and they ended up buy a grocery store cake we could have instead.

I was able to get a custom cake done two days in advance. The cake and chocolate mousse filling were delicious. They topped the cake with macarons as requested and those were delicious as well. Highly recommend this place for all your cake needs.

Amazing decoration, fantastic flavor, great customer service. The best first experience at the simply sweet cakes. I buy a cake for my sister in law birthday, vanilla with mango, so simple delicious!!!
