Sonia prepared a unique birthday cake for my wife who is an artist. It was beautiful, colorful and delicious. But then she surprised me with her “Simply Radiant” version of an artist palette with 16 colorful Macaroon biscuits. The fondant paintbrush and wood-looking texture on the fondant palette was incredible. I got credit for Simply Radiant’s baking artistry! Thank you

I have had the opportunity of enjoying many treats made by Simply Radiant Sweets on occasion. I must say they never disappoint. Every single dessert I’ve had has been deliciously amazing. She is also proven to be great with making new things, very knowledgeable about her craft and just so creative.

This company is creative. I love Princess Cakes, and called 5 locations and they didn't know what I was talking about. Sonia, was honest about not know what requested, but said let me look and see what I can do. She made the prettiest Princess Cake, that was moist and fruity. She even delivered it for my big event. Highly recommend her services.
