The service was great, but that's the only good thing I can say. Shipleys used to be my favorite, but they started tasting awful, and the quality is just not there. I decided to try them again and was still disappointed. It's not just one Shipleys store. it's all the Shipley stores. They barely use glaze, its like they brush on a thin coat. BUYER BEWARE!!! I have been going to this location since the grand opening. A roach was found glazed into a donuts that were brought at the FM 2920 location. The young girl at the window was rude and got my order wrong. Shipley's was my favorite donut shop; I will NEVER go back !! I called and the spoke to Dalia (the manager), I was told the district manager would give me a call. No one even attempted to call me and/or even requested to see the pictures; therefore, this must be a common occurrence, and they are infested with roaches. To add injury to insult, I was sent two free donut coupons in the mail!! I have lived all over the world, and I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my life!

I only eat at shipley and been to numerous locations. This one by far the worst. Food was cold and tasted old. Staff looked like they're in a rush and just trying to get you out asap. This place is great and friendly. Love the donuts too. Maybe they can make some that the kids love, as a request. They call these candy donuts. With the "nonperils" the kids love them. Even I like them.

Friendly staff, always smiling, great customer service, every time I've popped in for a few breakfast treats. I gave it 4 stars because the only thing this location lacks, in my opinion, is that there should be a broader drink selection. There's usually only milk, orange juice, or apple juice. I would suggest possibly adding more cold coffee's, Gatorade, and alternative juice options. Keep up the great smiles. Be blessed.

The people are very friendly and this location is very clean. The changes to 2920 do make it harder to get in and out of. Use road behind station for access to drive-thru. The do-nuts taste just like they should at Shipley’s. This location has many flavors.

Excellent taste, variety & price. Always friendly. And no scraping what feels like lard stuck to the roof of your mouth if you ate a Krispy Kreme.
