Good breakfast, decent portion size but also it actually tastes pretty good, unlike some other chain diners (frick u Denny). Only thing is they were understaffed when my party of four went in so service was kinda slow, which honestly is fine. Also they didn't give me my dinner roll. Overall though I enjoyed it but I won't be back as I am not from Oregon and they don't have Sharis in the homeland. Thank you. After a long day supporting my grandma at her stay in the hospital dinner at Sheri's was perfect for feeding my appetite and stomach. I had the chicken strips with fries and coleslaw. The chicken was cooked to perfection and crisp the fries were delectable and the slaw was excellent with the adequate zest of vinegar from the pickles. My Sharis signature Tillamook cheddar burger was delicious and my Dutch Apple pie w/a scoop of vanilla ice cream was the perfect dessert! I travel for work and now when I return I will return, not just for the food, but because of the friendliness and attentiveness of my waitress, Samantha. Amazing staff! After the ice storm they were very low on food. I placed an app order which didn't know about their shortage. Staff worked with me to achieve something close to what I ordered with the limited resources they had. Simply amazing service. I can't say enough about the staff here. I visited this place about a month ago early morning around 2:00 a.m. there was only one other table being serviced at the time the waitress that ended up helping us was not even actually working that evening, decided to step up and lend a hand. Her service was great. On the other hand the waitress that originally was supposed to be serving our table came about 20 minutes after to bring us our coffee which the other waitress had already brought us, then when I told her we already had our coffee she just left the cups there and walked away. It took about 45 minutes to get our food the mother got hers and I got the hash browns for my order because they cook did my order wrong and had to redo my omelette. What I did get it the appearance was not too appealing the avocados were smashed that were on top and half the size of that my mother had gotten. At what time I stood up to see what was going on in the kitchen and the cook was standing there on his phone texting it was also heard using foul language which I don't really care except for the fact that at work you shouldn't be using that kind of language. I do want to mention that we had been there three or four months before that around the same time of morning and the gentleman that was working there was very very helpful. Food was good, what we got of it. The waitress was new and forgot half of our order. Our kiddo didn't get his food until everyone else had finished. We shared our food with him and by the time he got his food he wasn't as hungry. Everyone else was experiencing a wait for their checks, food, or for a waitress to even visit. Poor service. I had to ask three times for a refill of my coffee. The waitress did not check back to see if everything was okay. The food service was extremely slow and I had to go get my own salt and pepper. I always tip very well but this time I left $1.00. I used to wait tables and would never ignore my customers. We have been coming to this location for years but yesterday will be the last time. The food was okay and staff was pleasant. The building however was gross. I have no idea how they can pass a health inspection. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in days. The carpet around the tile is black and I almost stuck to it. The chicken fingers were dry and hard like they'd been sitting and rewarmed. There was a black hair in one of the plates. The queso sauce for the chips had developed a skin on top from sitting. The chicken quesadillas had the kind of diced chicken you toss on a salad and only a little cheese and chicken at the tip of each. $28.05 before tip.
