Clearly she has no clue what she is doing. My kiwi tea has no kiwi. Zero sugar taste like 100% sugar 🥲
We added aloe. And obviously it’s grass jelly and she said our aloe is black?????
Was in rush and she is the only staff.
She has a great customer service. That’s why I give 3 stars. But will be my last time visit

Great small tea shop in Brooklyn park!
Tried just a basic oolong milk tea here and enjoyed it a lot!
The pearls we're quite good and the tea itself was up to par for a decent oolong milk tea.
The staff was nice and quick to make my drink.
The place is located behind a large tree in a strip mall, it's prey hard to find until you are right there.
Not a big fan of the location or the atmosphere of the tea shop, but I did love my drink!

Don’t bother ordering online for “faster” pick up. They will always get your order wrong even if it’s just one simple drink. From my understanding there is no management what so ever. Just one teenage girl working the register and making drinks. Sometimes you’re lucky if she’s in a good mood otherwise you’ll be treated with an attitude and drinks that seem like they can be bought from the dollar tree. Not worth the money or time.

I’ve been here several times now. First time service was good. 2nd time, wait let me talk to my friends first before I take your order. 3rd time, wait until I swept the floor first and I’ll serve you. And while taking the order, I am also talking to guys on the phone.
The place is dirty with stains on the counter and equipments. I saw flies flying around. And worst of all, I sipped a bug in my drink! It felt crunchy in my mouth. I split it out and it’s a small bug!! NEVER going back!

The store is clean and nice. Sometimes I see they also have promotions for costumers. For the drinks, I think the taste and sweetness will depend on the barista. Because every time I order, the sweetness will change differently. It is not same taste all the time. The Okinawa and Hokkaido milk tea can only reduce the sugar to 80% but sometimes it's still a bit sweet for me. The reason I like to be back here is their mini boba and aiyu jelly.

It was strange walking in.. very silent place. No music. Just silence. Very awkward when a group of people are waiting together..
Also, with one person behind the bar it took a solid 15 min to get a bubble tea. I drove out of my way to come here.. pretty disappointed. Could be cool if they considered some of these details.
The person behind the bar was kind, but clearly stressed and should have had help.

The staffs were not it. They were loud, they barked and shouted, cussed, howling(?). It was just me and my friend and we went in and sat later in the evening, and as a teenager myself, I understand, but i know better to be respectful in public spaces. Kinda expected better cause people praise them for their drinks, but it also upset me that certain drinks only have one size to them.

I recently visited the Sharetea store and was impressed with the look of the store and the deliciousness of the drinks. However, there was one area that could use improvement.
Positives:
The store had a modern and stylish aesthetic, with sleek and comfortable seating options that made for a great atmosphere to enjoy a drink.
The milk tea drinks were delicious and had a great range of flavors to choose from and had a good balance of sweetness. I particularly enjoyed the Coffee milk tea and the Thai Pearl milk tea.
The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the quality of the drinks.
The staff was friendly and attentive, providing great customer service and making the ordering process easy.
Negatives/Improvements:
The music was too quiet or non-existent, which made the store feel a bit too silent and awkward, especially since there were no other customers at the time. It would be great to have some background music or ambiance to create a more lively and comfortable atmosphere.
Overall, I had a great experience at the Sharetea store and would recommend it to others. If the music was improved, it would make for an even better atmosphere to enjoy the delicious drinks.

I did go into the shop later in the evening, but the staffs were really loud and immature. It was just me and my friend sitting in the lounge area, but they were barking out loud and cussing loudly. I know most are teenagers, but I would expect the atmosphere to be more comfortable.

Very chill spot to grab boba tea or Hot Tea. Great vibes and a great selection to choose from. Definitely a nice hidden gem to check out.
