We gave this place a try encouraged by good reviews on Google Maps. I have to admit that sushi was fresh, the restaurant itself is modest in terms of decoration but I liked Japanese accents. We ordered a family set (for 2 ppl). Portion size was good. Unfortunately sushi was pretty much tasteless. Won't repeat the visit. Sushi was fresh and made infront of me, I think the Avo might have been a bit old as it tasted a bit old. The service was good, nothing much to be said. I did get an appletiser but they didn't have any so when I asked for a refund they did try and sell me another drink like 3 times before giving the refund for my drink. we found Shan Sushi during loadshedding. It's a pity that I don't live in George because I would definitely make regular visits there if I did. The atmosphere was great as was the service and food.

Waited an hour and a half on valentines Day for some of the worst food I've ever had. Fish wasn't fresh Rice is old Would not recommend

Excellent sushi! Excellent service! Great prices! Super clean and aesthetically pleasing floor layout. All the staff greeted us with big smiles on their faces. Would go again and again! Pictured is Maggie's Platter.
