One star simply for the way we were spoken to. My partner and I are regular customers, but today we're were left feeling very embarrassed by a staff member, quite loudly stating we can't have our dog in the Cafe. We have always taken our dog here, staff have even commented on how cute she is, and gave her pats, yet today she was, in our opinion,
tackless and a disgrace to the business. You don't speak to customers in that manner, and when I tried to explain that maybe she should inform other staff, that dogs are not allowed in the Cafe, she tried to argue and didn't want to know.Far from quality customer service. By all means, if we had known, we would never taken our dog in, yet other dog owners do the same.
Not sure if we would return due to this staff member.

I can't really recommend this place, the food is average. When they are busy they do not cope well, the lines are long and take ages to serve, the staff become very stressed out. I have seen customers walk out even after ordering. And they stop cooking food well before closing so the only food on offer is dry day old cabinet food.

This cafe is busy all the time. Friendly staff/service and my meal to die for. Lovely environment as this cafe is beautifully set at the rear of Palmers garden world

Normally friendly staff, not today too busy talking between themselves rude to customers, and had to have meal on table that was disgusting still had food on it. Noticed they didnt wipe tables like I have seen them do. Really disappointed that the standard are really low. Really disappointed and so were my visitors from out of town because I recommended the cafe.. I hope you read these reviews not alot of positive comments...

Having morning tea here with my sister amazing fruit cake and the size is huge will keep me going that is for sure. Only reason I have given 4 star is because the coffee is not to my liking as I prefer a stronger and smooth chocolate finish to my coffee. But for those who do not drink strong coffee it is well made. I would say the pricing I is normal for cafe with generous sizing - $$.
