First time visiting today. Worth a visit. I had the build your own chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and my husband had the Hangover burger with onion rings. Everything was absolutely delicious. The seasoning on the chicken was simple but so yummy I could have eaten it plain. The onion rings are massive so don't think when reading the menu that 3 onion rings doesnt sound like enough. Our server, Casey, was friendly and had great suggestions. Great place to sit with friends and enjoy a burger. Decorations are very whimsical and entertaining. The burger names are also intriguing and whimsical. Meal size portions and are appropriate for the price. Service was good as our waiter was attentive. I would recommend you take a visit. Try the shakes. There are 2 best in the world food deals. The Costco $1.50 hot dog and coke and the Tuesday night $5 burger at Sesame. For sure one of the best burgers in Charleston. Good beefy flavor, good sear and perfectly cooked to medium rare with a nicely proportioned brioche bun. And the service is always friendly and attentive.Total winner! Went to this place with coworkers to get lunch. First, the waitress was kind of pushing to take the order. First time here, so it’s normal that we’ll take a few more time to check the menu. Always a good meal & a great time! Relaxed atmosphere with friendly people and great food. They do have a small bar and outdoor seating. Word of advice: if you like medium rare, order medium etc., get a side of fries to start & share with 2 people instead of the fries with your burger (you get more this way), ask for the house ranch and chipotle BBQ sauce to try, it is always cold, bring a sweater. Great place for a burger and a few beers. Interesting burgers with choice of protein, including elk. Highly recommend the onion rings. We also enjoyed the wings. The burgers almost all have a gluten-free option, but unfortunately, they have just one frier, so anything fried is likely cross contaminated. When we asked about GF they immediately told us about the frier, which was greatly appreciated. Ordered three different burgers (none of them were complicated) and not o n e of them came out as we ordered them. Left off the bacon or the grilled onions, etc. Honestly, is it a matter of life and death? Of course not. But, for a place that sells burgers AND has great reviews, we were puzzled and disappointed :( (By the way, there were only a couple of other tables occupied, so, it wasn't like the kitchen was swamped.) Also, the location of the bathroom is just plain weird and unappetizing opening right onto the dining room. Great sweet tea! This was great! Fried Banana peppers appetizer was delicious! My husband and I shared the burger sliders. We got to choose the one we wanted. It worked out perfect! It was just enough and very tasty!
