Coffee tasted good, but the strawberry milk shake (or something) was such a disappointment. Tasted like milk, mixed with some strawberry flavouring and cheap strawberry sauce. The lady managing the counter needs to take a course on how to greet and interact with customer. You don't have to smile all the time, but at least don't look like you are annoyed at the customers who bring in money. The environment needs some improvement, it has strong oily fried odours, which stuck to the clothes. The owner need to invest more to provide good ventilation. The coffee is really quite nice. I will definitely buy coffee from this shop again. The lady that managed our the counter that day really needs to improve her interaction with customers. Kopi Saigon mmg sedap, lagi² Kopi Kelapa dia, mmg my favourite cuma masalahnya mahal, smpi RM10, kopi sedap tapi harga mmg MAHAL dan tak berpatutan, my expectation sepatutnya harga paling tinggi pun like RM5 ke sbb kopi kalau dah RM10 ais pulak penuh, kau sedut berapa kali ja habis dah. Tak dinafikan kopi di sini sememangnya sedap sampai teringat minum kopi di Saigon. Tapi boleh improvise di bahagian customer service. Front counter patut pergi kursus customer servise.
