Went to SR this afternoon for takeaway. Sampai rumah, rupanya one of the order tak ada. Bolognese spaghetti tak ada. So, we went back to SR to claim our order, and guess what, the staff left that spaghetti in microwave and the excuse was she had too many order to serve and she forgot to recheck. Then, back to my order, she put together the cake and hot pasta in a bag, and that cake melted. Thanks for apologised but better refund or replaced the cake. Sorry, but the service was very bad and very disappointed with your staff. This is not our first, so please properly train your staff. Thanks!

Tiada 'greeting' langsung, presentation makanan tidak menarik minat, nampak macam main campak2 ja. Nak kata ramai, ada 3 table je orang, itu pon aku sorang je yang new order. 2 lagi dah dapat makanan. Dari segi Rasa, ok la, cuma black forest outlet lain rasa lagi okay. Kedudukan garpu untuk kek, miserable, pemegang terkena cream, tiada tisu disediakan.
