This is a perfect place to spend some time with your friends or family or go out on a date. Food is great, but to be fair I'll return and try other dishes. Drinks were also affordable and good. The staff were friendly and are quick to respond. Lastly, the view and the atmosphere is awesome because it's relaxing and it helps you to keep your mind off of things. Went on a Friday and they have a live band. This is my second time. The first we just had a drink with a friend and catch up. Good view of the city. Sometimes you get fresh air 😅 but today’s a bit humid so not a good time. Rooftop so some parts are really open and like today we got drenched 🌧️😂 Food is pricey but we had leftovers so we took it home. Taste is worth it 👌 I always think of this place as a quick ESCAPE. The food is your average fine dining restaurant. It's enough to fill your tummies before the flight due to its location being near to the mactan airport. The staff were also nice and accommodating. They also check you from time to time on how the food tastes or if you need anything else. I also love the view here since it is located on the rooftop. No entrance fee, just go straight to the elevator going up the very top then find a seat that suits you best. The food is quite pricey around 200 to 400 peso range but I recommend this one for meetings, family, dates or people who were in a rush leaving for a flight but want to eat good food. Atmosphere and service 5/5, but food was 3/5. Worth the experience and the views especially, but for a culinary experience, I would probably choose some other place. The food was ok, but not worth the price in my opinion, especially surf and turf. However I have to give extra credit for their wonderful service and hospitality, the waitress even has me taste their wine before serving it which they don't do in many places. Really great experience all around. Very warm welcome, since it had just rained the staff was very accommodating to let us see both inside and outside first before seating. All The waitstaff were very attentive and food was really good. My wife really loved the whole experience. Service Dine in

I went on a trip to Cebu early this month. At that time, I lost my cell phone in a taxi on the way to this restaurant. However, I was able to safely get my phone back wiith a big help of Manager and staff of Scape Skydeck. Without their helps, I would have been in a lot of trouble. Thanks to their friendly and dedicated efforts, I was able to complete my trip to Cebu. The food was so good, but most of all, I am sure that this restaurant will continue to run well thank to its great staff. I had a great meal there. The view over the city was fantastic and I watched a great sunset. We had a 360° panoramic view of the city overlooking the river. It made for a fantastic meal. The staff was responsive and very friendly. They gladly receded us at my request to get a better view of the skyline. The prices were entirely reasonable and I enjoyed every bite.
