It's SPUR! What more can I say. Same great food, atmosphere and staff. I only wish SPUR would bring back their OWN WAY of doing Birthdays.. its changed and not in a fun way. It's such a special thing to look over to the table where a child's face is lit up because literally EVERY PERSON in SPUR is joining in on the song.. the SPUR BIRTHDAY SONG! The atmosphere is not welcoming, my food was cold...the chicken was dry as if it was grilled the previous night. I was not even convinced to let them know that it's my birthday... Breakfast is one of the easiest shifts, but seems the staff are either untrained, or just incapable. They don't even know the menu! In my days that was an atrocity and bound to get you in a manager's office. Incorrect toast, cold and damp. And the size and price of your cappuccinos are sickening. We're serviced by the humble trainee when he asked others to come and sing for the birthday the other waiters refused to assist him, we waited for about 20minutes then we decided to leave the place without the birthday song and the ice cream my children are still upset even today.
