lovely place , nice and helpful owner and staff , cozy atmosphere, just beside the road , so it could be a little noisy. always gave us some nuts to start and fried banana and/or water at the end for free... absolutely recommend .usually they open from 10 to 21 except sunday at 11 to 21. various food, mainly vegetarian, vegan options available , some of the courses were a little too oily for us.

While we were not the biggest fan of the tofu salad, I'd still give this place 5/5 rating for good homely local food. We didn't know the tofu in tofu salad would be raw, probably would have been nicer if it was fried. Still good though, but portions were incredibly huge and generous. Ordered the fish curry too. Pretty cheap affordable local food, off the back of someone's house.
Spoilt by choices by the friendly chef, just so many complementary dishes, the potato curry then the sweet wheat dumplings!!! We could find these only here in yeh entire Myanmar, this was some sort of family recipe. The sweet sour chicken with rice was a hit! Tea leaf salad was refreshingly different. Perfect place for lunch Or dinner stop, enroute new-old bagan

Really nice food and place! Owner really kind and also sweet! Bacause here is really hot, even give us a huge bottle of ice water and the fruit, peanut for free, really recommended!
I don't know what is better if the delicious food or the beautiful people who run the restaurant. I came here every day I was in Bagan. The tofu is homemade, the best I've ever eaten!

Their fruit shakes are the cheap and accessible stars of this restaurant but the family-run establishment holds another secret - all of their food is painstakingly prepared and cooked by the mum as you order, ensuring Burmese authenticity and goodness.
Really tasty food and friendly mom n pop. Reasonable price. It’s more like a bargain. I had to lower the evaluation by one star because it just became a tourist’s pool. Last time they had more relaxed atmosphere that they were able to chat.
Very nice family cafe with good prices. But this is not enough to be good! Disadvantages: 1. Very, very, very dirty! The glass for beer was stained in clay and something else I prefer to forgrt... I asked to replace, but owner just smiled broadly, said "sorry, sorry" and returned the same glass wiped with a dirty rag. 2. You can wait for the order up to 40 minutes! 3. The food is very oily! Curry is 90% of oil and you can not feel the taste. 4. Soups are not delicious! Do not take!
Very tasty food, a good variety of vegetarian options and yummy fresh fruit juices (at a low price), clean place, friendly people who speak very good English. We wanted to visit again the very next day but took a wrong turn.
