Stopped in for lunch to check out the place. Nice lil spot, very good service. Had the French dip, it's no joke, it was excellent, one of the best I've had. Rest of menu looked great too. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The onion rings and egg rolls were the best part. Asked to add onion on a sandwich, they gave us 3 strips about an inch long. The spaghetti was disgusting. Hamburger steak was dry. But what really did it, was how the "manager" handled it. She was extremely rude, and got smart with me. When I told her the spaghetti was terrible, her response was well what was different from the last time you had it. How should I know? That was a year ago. The previous time was good, and this time wasn't. That's the difference. And then had the nerve to say, well I ate it last night and it's the from the same batch and I liked it. So what, you just nuked mine in the microwave and hoped for the best? You might like the spaghetti, but I didn't and it shouldn't matter why. The only thing they did right was not make me pay for it. They don't have to worry about me ever going back to either location. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We stopped in as a last minute dinner idea to try a new place. The management and wait staff were extremely kind and explained benefits of a beer club membership, which I thought was unique and offers free appetizers every Monday plus other perks and gifts. We love that our waitress was very honest with us about what food is popular and why. We took up her suggestion of trying burgers which we do not regret as they were delicious! They also had sea food specials, and phenomenal dipping sauces. Do yourself a favor and get the signature sauce and their hot sauce and mix them together! You won’t be disappointed;) The atmosphere was pleasant and for a Friday evening we were able to be seated right away and our bill was surprisingly cheap compared to the value of the food and how good it was. Overall, a great place to bring the family for dinner.

Wonderful experience when dining with family. There are many options, I do recommend the OMG burger, never have I had something so good touch my taste buds. The service was prompt, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the waitress was sure to ask about food allergies prior to ordering. It will be a location I will try my best to visit again when I’m in the Belmont area. It became a favorite after one visit. Fantastic meal!! Lovely server who was so kind and helpful in helping us pick the best choice from the menu. She even went inquiring about a weird cocktail my mum had asked about. Overall the meal was so tasty and I really appreciated the Covid precautions being taken by everyone inside. I will be returning the next time I’m in the area without a doubt!!

This was a real treat after spending part of Mother's Day at the nearby Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens! We heard good things about the food, and we were not disappointed! The service was amazing. Fast, friendly and seriously not being cliché 😊 We had our orders within 8-10 minutes as pictured for our party of four. The environment is a true family friendly pub in the heart of downtown Belmont. Bring the family, enjoy a great meal, and walk around the small uptown city on a sunny day and make an afternoon out of it. I’ve heard about Sammy’s before and have only heard good things. Tried it for the first time yesterday for lunch and was not disappointed. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. The Buffalo sauce had wonderful flavor and the bleu cheese crumbles were the perfect addition. The Mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy, which is the only way for it to be made in my opinion. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu. If you are coming for lunch, I recommend getting their a little bit before noon as it started to get quite crowded while we were there.

Lovely staff, awesome food and great location. Their beer list was extensive, and the fried pickles were crunchy and delicious! The pub is right across from the park, which was great to walk off all the food we ate.

I was amazed how much the quality of their food had declined. I had been going randomly for years, to this restaurant, And during this time was never disappointed with the food. For some reason, they eliminated their thick juicy burger and replaced it with two skinny dried out patties. restaurant had just got through with a rush. We got there is it was emptying out, but it took for ever to get our food. waitress was very inattentive to us. We had to find her to get utensils or refill of tea. Very disappointed .
