I truly enjoyed SALT so much, during my week long holiday I went there every morning with my partner, and we must say that the Croissants are to die for! Had almost 10 Croissants on my own and we bought close to 50 Croissants for our family in the week we were there. The coffee was good and the atmosphere was amazing, I would come back to Ballito just to chill here. I wish I had their pizza, it looked like they had great pizza too. Wood fire type, Regina pizza:: Acceptable (out of this world? no) could do with a bit more cheese up to the crust; the price, however, is competitive. The base is thin, too thin, i.e. a "grown man" would still be hungry after one pizza. Surprised though that they manage to keep such a thin base supple and not like a doritos chip. Sounds like a cliché but the dough lacks SALT, literally. Coffee:: Served hot; on par, no complaints - competitively priced. Pizza good on the days of production with great coffee. On a Y junction so pretty busy but tunes at play. A good stop for on the run food stops. This is the must stop for an excellent cappuccino or flat white ☕️ . Their croissants are freshly baked and they have a selection of fillings. They’re known for their paninis which I didn’t try . It’s situated right near the beach so perfect place to get your coffee before or after a swim It is dog friendly They also serve wood fired pizzas from Wednesday through to Sunday. The best cafe shop in balito.they served freshly baked croissant and coffee.I was addicted to this cafe shop. The atmosphere is nice also people are friendly all over. And is very international.
