The hidden gem of Šiauliai ! Many vegan options. Everything is cooked from fresh products which results in delicious and authentic vietnamese dishes. We tasted the tofu noodles, sweet and sour soup and rice burger. Prices are very affordable. Owners are very friendly which makes the experience even more pleasant. I definitely recommend !! The best Vietnamese Food we've ever eaten! The pineapple-fish soup and beef phô we're extraordinary, fantastic and life changing.The lovely cooks made everything very fresh to order but the food was very much worth the waiting time. Saigon Kava, is the best place to go for Vietnamese food in Lithuania, they have an extensive menu for vegans and non-vegans alike. I had the opportunity of dining in this restaurant, which was wonderfully decorated. Though they mainly serve as a take out/delivery restaurant, they were quite busy when we arrived as they were busy finishing up all the take out orders they've received. Though its never a bad thing to see a local restaurant busy, it's the equivalent of a long time outside a popular spot. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming as you enter the shop, they will explain each menu item and how it should be eaten. As there are some cultural differences between Lithuanians and Vietnamese people. The food is diverse and delicious, they make everything from fried rice, pho, to fresh rolls and Vietnamese coffee. There's something for everyone. When visiting I got the Bun Rue, Fried Rice, and a Vietnamese Coffee Yogurt. The Bun Rue is the best kind of soup you can have that's different from a bowl of Pho. I'd highly recommend everyone to try it, as it a has a much different flavor profile compared to a bowl of pho. All in all, if you are visiting Šiauliai or you're a local. The best Vietnamese food in the entire Baltic region. Super delicious. In fact, I ordered twice what is considered for two people and ate them on the spot. It is that good. Love their Vietnamese Ice coffee. It is a must place to visit and eat if you are in Siauliai, Lithuania. Also, the two owners Alex and Diana are so friendly and welcoming. They speak English fluently. Thank you so much and will come again many more times in the future when I am in your area. They are the only two Vietnamese in that city.
